I am a retired systems engineer living in Cape Charles, VA. Our community is very rural and sparsely populated. I became a chapter leader for the Weston A Price Foundation in late 2014. Initially, I discovered very little interest in the Foundation's mission. Over time, I helped start up a new Farmers Market and began making sauerkraut to sell at the market. Over time, people have become more interested in learning about real foods and I am hoping as a rater to highlight restaurants in the area that cautious eaters can frequent without too much worry.
