We had for starters, Pasture-Raised Beef & Pork Meatballs with Mortadella, Served Milanese-Style and Lummi Island Wild Salmon Tartare with Sun-Dried Tomato, Olive Crumble, Marinated Eggplant & Farinata Chips which were delicious. Our mains were Bone-In Ribeye Steak (Regenerative Pasture-Raised, Grass-Fed & Finished), Basted with Fresh Rosemary & Garlic and Pasta with beef heart. So good!
We finished the meal of with Tiramisu and Pistachio ice cream. Every bite was excellent!
