Bloom is a light & bright neighborhood restaurant which features delicious farm-to-table innovations from small course to main protein entree. The staff is helpful & friendly. There is an outside, patio area plus a separate, cozy wine bar. I recognized vendors from my local farmer's market on the menu. Everything was delicious!
