Restaurant and butcher. You can buy sandwiches, tallow fries, and other items from the deli counter. They also sell in-house made chicharones (friend pork skins). The butchery has all sorts of local pastured meat available, pork and beef items. They have summer sausages, beef bacon, and other specialty items, like a chicken liver pate -- all made in house. If you're looking for bone broth, they have that in the refrigerator. Along with sauerkraut, pimento cheese, and a lot of other items. They partner with Buttonwood farms to be able to offer pastured eggs.
