Coastal Coffee Roasters is a warm family-owned business that does their best to source local food from the Charleston area. They roast their own organic coffee beans and some of the farms they source from include: Lowcountry Creamery, Gruber Farms, Wishbone Heritage Farms and The Twenty Bag. Their produce comes from The Twenty Bag, which are vegetables and fruits grown organically in the lowcountry. The eggs and chicken are pasture raised from Wishbone Heritage Farms. A pickup is also hosted for Wishbone Heritage Farms and for The Twenty Bag once a week at the restaurant. The deli meats are from Boar's Head. The dairy products, including butter are from Lowcountry Creamery. The broths, seasonings and dressings are made in house and extra virgin olive oil is used to make the dressings. The restaurant makes their own kombucha! Most of their food is made from scratch, including their baked goods. The one baked good they outsource are their bagels.
