This is a great culinary experience. Everything is made from scratch and follows healthy practices. Their produce is a mix of local biodynamic vegetables what is in season and some from Cavalier produce. Lots of choices on the menu from Polyface Chicken and wild caught seafood. Medium priced. The Chef Chris Reynolds has a great attention to detail and taste. using fresh ingredients and home made fermented items, such as peppers, and various veg to accompany the meal. Reservations suggested as they get booked up. Service is excellent!!!
