The secret ingredient to a very special night out. Authentic wood-fired oven cuisine, intimate dining space, slow food, local and organic ingredients. Fine wines, cocktails and craft beers. A delightful dining experience in a small town of only 758 people and the County of Juneau have 27,000 people. We have eaten at the restaurant three times in the last three years, but have put it on our schedule to go there more often for special occasions. The restaurant is located not far from 400 State Bike Trail

1. From Scratch: Serves mostly (i.e., more than half of the menu) fresh food, prepared from scratch. Does NOT rely primarily on kits or prepared/partially prepared foods from commercial food services.
