Paleo Connection is a fun and laid back place to get an unprocessed meal. Everything is made in house and ingredients are sourced sustainably as much as possible. If you are picky about the sourcing of ingredients it is wise to ask specifics as it does vary week to week depending on where the chef-owner purchases her products and what is available. This establishment provides food that is free of hydrogenated oils, refined sugar, dairy, grains, gluten, and legumes. It is strict "paleo." It serves breakfast all day and is one of the few places in Sarasota where you can order tasty unprocessed meals made from scratch to go. It also has a cozy dining room if you prefer to eat in.
