This family-owned business, with several restaurants throughout the Phoenix area, was begun because some family members had serious food allergies. For customers who are sensitive to gluten and dairy--yet want quality ingredients in their meals without any compromises on taste--you can find a limited number of dishes to suit your dietary needs. The chef tries very hard to source local produce that's fresh and organic; and the salads are delicious. The chicken they use is purportedly pastured, and meats are reported to not contain antibiotics. As far as I know, they use real olive oil and not crappy vegetable oils--but make sure to check with the kitchen.
