We had barbacoa tacos and chips with guacamole, all of which were fantastic (and naturally, the tortillas were all cooked in tallow)! This is a "pop-up" restaurant, currently sharing their site with a wine bar called Nectar while they seek a permanent location. We went on a Saturday afternoon and had no wait, but have heard that weekend evenings can be busy. They even sell shirts that say, "Seed Oils Suck!" These guys check a lot of WAPF boxes - From their website: Healthy Fats & No Seed Oils | Animals Raised on Pastures & Not Feed Lots | No Gluten | No Gums | No “Natural Flavors” | No Cooking in Plastic or Non-Stick Pans | No Food Coloring or Preservatives | Organic Ingredients | No Plastic Cutting Boards
