The Curious Palate provides a menu with a diverse variety of foods found all over the world. In addition to a large menu, sustainability is an important part of The Curious Palate. Their produce is purchased from local farmers markets. Their meats come from sustainable ranchers, include their 100% grass fed burgers with beef from Sun Fed Ranch. All of their food is made from scratch. The Curious Palate doesn't use any flavor packets or syrups and instead uses real fruits and vegetables for flavors. They're also glad to answer any questions as to where every item is sourced from and the ingredients in each dish.
