The Happy Cow serves pasture-raised burgers, CO raised chicken, tallow french fries and organic produce when available. The buns are local, sourdough. They use things like coconut sugar, honey, maple syrup and cacao in their drinks as well as high quality A2 dairy. They also offer gluten free options.
