The Robie Store is a family run, farm to table store and restaurant. The kitchen uses local meats (poultry, beef and pork) and raw cheese from their family farm (Robie Farm) in Piermont, NH. The farm practices what they call HGAL production standards: humanely raised, growth hormone free, all-natural and locally grown.
They cook their food in Robie farm animal fat, making it a great option for those looking to avoid seed oils (their fryers are filled with tallow!) and offer sourdough options for bread. Their chef does an excellent job at showcasing their quality products, the food truly is delicious and nutritious!
Some of the products sold in the store are Robie farm raw milk and cream, Robie farm raw cheese, as well as other cheese from local farms.
Broths, tallow and lard made from Robie farm animals, as well as cuts of beef, pork and chicken and eggs.
