Adelita Taco & Margarita Bar

Type of Business: Restaurant

Adelita puts grass-fed tacos on the map! Kristin Canty's farm-to-table restaurant group launched this Mexican saloon because of her commitment to nose-to-tail use of the meat proteins raised on her farm. Mexican tacos give Executive Chef Charlie Foster a venue where he can creatively serve the odd cuts of meat left over after serving the prime steaks, chops, ribs and loins at nearby Woods Hill Table.

I ate at Adelita Taco Bar at the end of August 2023. The waitress had not heard of Weston A Price or Sally Fallon, she said the tortilla chips were cooked in sunflower oil, there were no desserts without sugar. On a positive note, she said they don’t use GMO’s. I think the rating of 11 Spoons is too high for this restaurant.
