This restaurant features the pastured meat and poultry from Ayreshire Farm. The restaurant shares space with the butcher counter and store--it's not fancy and service is somewhat chaotic. I had a delicious grass-fed burger with Ayreshire farm bacon. I only wish the burger was bigger--just a thin little burger when I was expecting a big, thick half-pounder. However, the broth and homemade kombucha made up for the thin burger. While needing a few improvements, Gentle Harvest could serve as a model for the fast food restaurant of the future.
