This historic grain mill has been lovingly restored. It is now home to a market, a coffee shop/bakery, a teaching kitchen, dog-friendly patios, gorgeous event spaces, and two restaurants - the Cafe, a casual dining option for scratch-made comfort food, and The Cache, a modern upscale Colorado steakhouse. Ginger and Baker is proud to partner with local farmers, ranchers, food makers, and craftspeople of Northern Colorado. Both the Cafe and The Cache have first-come, first-served bar areas. On weekends and busier nights, reservations are recommended at both restaurants - especially for a table near a window or on the dog-friendly patio.
