Every meal that I have eaten at this establishment has been a delight. The chef has read Nourishing Traditions backwards and forwards, and owns a nearby farm raising pastured animals that are listed on the menu. Local produce is a constant presence. And the best part is, no vegetable oils or refined sugars are used in the kitchen! Frying is typically done in lard, and turbinado sugar is used in the desserts. Organ meats are often offered, and there is always a supply of kimchi on hand. The only negative is that the bread and cakes are made with white flour. If you are anywhere near Lancaster, don't walk, but run to this restaurant.

One of the best restaurants in Lancaster. My wife and I chose them for our wedding rehearsal dinner
