Yes
Comments: Everything at Matt's is cooked from scratch. Amazing Breakfast... Farm fresh ingredients.. Friendly staff.
The fluffy, buttery, light griddlecakes are never made from generic ingredients and the attention to detail shows. Matt’s griddlecakes are made using King Arthur flour, Rumford baking powder, cage-free eggs, whole milk, real butter and sea salt. Those six ingredients whisked together hundreds of times each morning have always stayed the same.
To top it all off, drizzle the 100 percent real maple syrup over the top. They syrup is served hot, so it melts the butter before the first bite.

Comments: A favorite item to get there is the cheese omelette (you can ask for it to be scrambled) with mushrooms, a side of the house potatoes, and sourdough toast. They serve all omelette dishes with 3 eggs so it's definitely a generous portion. Same for the potatoes, you'll get quite a bit of those as well, and they offer you an option of regular hash browns or the house potatoes. The house potatoes have lots of seasoning & taste different with rosemary. Even the toast tastes great as it's thick cut sourdough, and they serve it with yummy homemade preserves.

Matt's thinks that food tastes better when prepared simply with better ingredients. That’s why they search out items to serve in their restaurant that are of a very high quality.
They use only cage-free eggs from humanely raised chickens. They do use grain- fed Iowa pork and beef. They use local organic produce where appropriate and possible. They believe that food prepared this way not only tastes better but is better for you.
