We only cook/saute only using extra virgin olive oil (real olive oil!)
We only use Himalayan Pink salt with everything we prepare
We only use avocado oil fry oil.
No nut & seed oils!
We make all of our dressings in house and only use e.v.o.o. or avocado oil
