AMAZING restaurant!!! Petra offers two formats: a more expensive tasting menu and less expensive counter service. Both are great. Misti Norris butchers the animals used in house and offers a wide variety of foraged and fermented items.

1. From Scratch: Serves mostly (i.e., more than half of the menu) fresh food, prepared from scratch. Does NOT rely primarily on kits or prepared/partially prepared foods from commercial food services.
