This is a restaurant truly dedicated to good food and healthy eating. The owners, Chris and Caitlin Caserta, also own Walpole Valley Farms, a pasture based farm with chickens, beef cows, turkeys and pigs. Chris studied with Joel Salatin and uses many of his techniques. Eat here for the best of the best in quality and health.
