"Locally sourcing our ingredients is a priority for Vanilla Jill’s. The majority of our ingredients are purchased from organic growers within 30 miles of Eugene! These ingredients include the probiotic-rich kefir we buy from Springfield Creamery, berries and other produce from Groundwork Organics, and raw honey grown in the Willamette Valley. We care about general health and nutrition, reaching out to our community with a myriad of paleo, gluten-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, vegan, and allergy-friendly options. Come to enjoy bone broth (in to-go quarts), bone broth soups, Paleo sandwiches, bulletproof coffee and gluten-free beer and cocktails. We have amazing gluten-free waffles, for here or to-go. Of course, we also offer lots of treats --so many kinds of ice cream, frozen yogurt and dairy-free ice creamies, without guilt, treats that benefit you with a deeply pleasurable eating experience as well as a live and active benediction on your body!"

I love this restaurant! I appreciate their attention to proper preparation of bone broth soup and soaked or sprouted nuts & seeds. My son and I like to go there for a treat of cultured ice cream or soup and chocolate chia waffles. My son says the sprouted-rice waffle cones are great!
