If you are looking for authentic sourdough bread in Eugene, this one tops my list! They start with organic locally-sourced flour that hasn't been bleached or enriched. They use a long slow sourdough process and then they bake it in a wood-fired oven. From 10% to 100% whole grain flour breads, you can choose from many different varieties or crusty, chewy, sourdough delight. Oh yeah, they have other food too....

I love this restaurant! I appreciate their attention to proper preparation of bone broth soup and soaked or sprouted nuts & seeds. My son and I like to go there for a treat of cultured ice cream or soup and chocolate chia waffles. My son says the sprouted-rice waffle cones are great!
